My goal in a massage is to relax your nervous system enough to where your body is receptive to deeper, targeted therapeutic work. My style is fluid, deep and perceptive, seeking patterns of tension and dispersing it to restore balance. My work is informed by myofascial release, Swedish deep tissue, and Tui Na (traditional Chinese manual therapy.)

Hydrate in advance! and please come showered with no lotions or fragrances/perfumes on the body please.

If you cancel at least 48 hrs before, there is no charge. Between 48 and 12 hours before a session, you’re charged 50% of the massage price. Less than 12 hours notice of cancellation or no shows are charged for the full session.

A card on file is required at the time of booking, but you will not be charged until after your appointment.
